New Crew Training Program Launched
为提升船员专业能力与国际适任水平，公司组织的船员专项培训班于本月顺利开班，来自各船队的多名船员参加了本期培训。
To enhance seafarers' professional competence and international standards, a dedicated crew training program organized by the Company has commenced this month.
培训内容包括安全管理体系宣贯、应急应变实操、航海英语强化以及船舶设备维护要点等模块，由公司资深船长与轮机长担任讲师。
The curriculum covers SMS implementation, emergency response drills, maritime English and vessel equipment maintenance, lectured by senior captains and chief engineers.
